A588 weathering steel plate is a low-alloy high-strength structural steel plate designed to improve atmospheric corrosion resistance. This steel plate can form a dense protective rust layer on the metal surface by adding specific alloy elements such as copper (Cu), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), etc. to the steel, thereby significantly improving its atmospheric corrosion resistance.
