It has the characteristics of high-quality steel such as toughness, ductility, formability, welding and cutting, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance. The weather resistance is 2 to 8 times that of ordinary carbon steel, and the coating performance is 1.5 to 10 times that of ordinary carbon steel.

During the production process, 09CuPCrNi-A weathering plate also needs to be rust-proofed. Usually, the rust-free process method is adopted to complete the rust treatment process within 3 hours at an outdoor temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. This process method can form a dense oxide layer protective film on the surface of the steel plate to prevent further rusting of the steel plate, and at the same time, it can also improve the weather resistance and service life of the steel plate.
